Shipping and Return Policy
Thank you for supporting US manufacturing. We hope you enjoy your DODOcase product as much as we enjoyed making it for you.
Product Specific Details:
- Customized & Monogrammed Products: If you have custom built a DODOcase or added a monogram to a stock product it is NOT ELIGIBLE for cancellation, return, or exchange.
- Non-Customized & Unused Products: Within the first 30 days after purchase, if you are not satisfied or change your mind, we will be happy to provide a refund (excluding shipping).
- Purchases from 3rd Party Vendors: If your DODOcase product was purchased through a 3rd party retailer, our 30-day warranty does not apply. All returns and exchanges must be made through the retailer you originally purchased your product from.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Download our Return & Exchange form, fill it out and include it with your return shipment back to us. Click here for the form.
- If a discount code or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price).
- We ask that you are responsible for all shipping & tracking costs for returns & exchanges.
Returns & Exchnages Mailing Address:
Please be aware that International orders may require you to pay import taxes upon receipt. DODOcase is not responsible for paying any additional customs fees or taxes.
DODOcase warrants its products for ONE YEAR against defects in workmanship or materials.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, modification, water, pets, children, or acts of God. For example, your pupper decides to make a chew toy out of your new iPad Air DODOcase. Bummer, but not covered. You accidentally dropped your new iPhone 7 Plus Lorna Wallet, and a corner of the plastic trays cracks? Sadly, not covered. If we replace a product for you, the replacement assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
We believe in our products and empathize that accidents happen. That’s why we have a CRASH REPLACEMENT program that offers you a 50% discount on replacing your crunched DODOcase so you can keep your device covered while you place a new order.
