We allow returns & exchanges of unused products within 30 days from original purchase date. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please see below for details and restrictions.
Product Specific Details:
Unused & Non-Customized Products: Within the first 30 days after purchase, if you are not satisfied or change your mind, we will be happy to provide a refund (excluding shipping).
VR Viewers: Unused viewers can be sent back within 30 days of purchase for a refund upon inspection. If you ordered a VR assembly kit, we ask that you please make sure all contents are shipped back to us in the original box. If contents are missing, we will not be able to provide a full refund or exchange. We will also not accept any built or partially built headsets as returns.
HARDcover Products: If you have not peeled off the plastic film covering the adhesive strips and you are within the 30-day window, you may return the case for a refund. If the adhesive strips have been exposed by peeling over the film covering, the product is considered used and is not valid for a refund.
If a discount code and/or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price).
We ask that you are responsible for all shipping & tracking costs for returns & exchanges.
Products with custom monograms or products custom built in our Customizer, are not acceptable for returns or exchanges, we ask that you donate it or gift it to someone else who will appreciate it.
If you are unable to provide proof of purchase or if your DODOcase product was bought through a 3rd party retailer, our 30-day warranty does not apply. All returns and exchanges must be made through the retailer you originally purchased your product from.
We are able to refund the price you paid for product, but not the shipping costs. Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number for all returned items. We are not responsible for lost items coming back to our San Francisco headquarters.
Import Taxes: Please be aware that International orders may be required to pay import taxes upon receipt. We calculate the country's taxes at the time of the order is placed, but if you paid these taxes already, and you are still charged, please let us know so that we can help.
We are happy to exchange any product that has manufacture defects in material or construction within 30 days of purchase. However, products with BROKEN BAMBOO TRAYS can be returned for repairs for FREE within the FIRST YEAR. After the one year timeframe, there’s a $15 (domestic) / $25 (international) repair cost. You are responsible for mailing the case to us.
