Please see below for specific information regarding our returns and exchanges policies:
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to provide a full refund (excluding shipping) for any unused and non-customized products for up to 30 days from the original purchase date (this includes unopened VR Kits). If we receive your request after 30 days, we will issue you a web store credit for the full sub-total amount.
VR Kits: If you have opened your VR Kit within the 30-day return policy window, we ask that you please make sure all contents are shipped back to us in the original box. If contents are missing, we will not be able to provide a full refund or exchange. We will also not accept any built or partially built headsets as returns.
HARDcover Products: Once your device (iPhone, Kindle, iPad mini, Nexus 7) has been applied to the adhesive strips on the HARDcover or Slim DODOcase, the product is considered used and you may return this for store credit only. If you have not removed the adhesive strip or applied your device to the case, you may return it to us for a store credit or full refund if it falls within the 30-day return window.
If a discount code and/or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price).
If the product you purchased or received as a gift includes a custom monogram or was built in our Build-A-DODOcase Customizer, we cannot accept it for returns and ask that you donate it or gift it to someone else who will appreciate it.
If you are unable to provide proof of purchase or if your DODOcase product was bought through a 3rd party retailer, our one year warranty does not apply. All returns and exchanges must be made through the retailer you originally purchased your product from.
If you bought any products on sale, they are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged.
We ask that you are responsible for shipping costs and tracking if exchanging or returning a product.
DODOcase ships via FedEx and US Postal Service domestically and via USPS and FedEx internationally. We update our Facebook and Twitter accounts regularly with production and shipping timelines during periods of heavy demand. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost DODOcases coming back to our San Francisco headquarters.
Import Taxes: Please be aware that International orders may be required to pay import taxes upon receipt. We calculate the country's taxes at the time of the order is placed, but if you paid these taxes already, and you are still charged, please let us know so that we can help.
